Last Day of School for Ashlyn

Memorial Day Cemetery Visits

Morgan, Jennifer and Sarah not wanting me to
take their picture. We had a very fun day.

This picture of Ashlyn is out of place. Her last
day of school.

Sam's parents are buried in the Moroni Cemetery,
along with lots and lots of other Blackham's (just ask
Ashlyn) I felt the same as Ashlyn did, the first time I
visited the Moroni cemetery.

This picture of three granddaughters taken on
Monday when we traveled to the Moroni Cemetery,
where many 'Blackham's' are buried. Sam drove this
time, so we (the grandparents) had a leisurely ride.

On Saturday before Memorial Day we went to
Draper Cemetery to my Dad's and Virginia's
grave. We took Ashlyn with us
she wanted to take some flowers to her grandpa-great's grave, too.
I was a quick trip, but we enjoyed the ride and the time we had in the
cemetery.

A picture of our kids, with their daughter Ashlyn,
The 'actress' was in a play "Enchanted", the end of
May (I think) She was super and it was a great
production. We are glad we went

One last picture before I call it a night.

We have Red Bud trees here and there in Utah,

but in Indiana they are along the road side. They were

in bloom while I was there and looked so neat. I was

excited to see them, so had to have a picture, of course.

While I was in Indiana, Bonnie, David and I stopped
by the Cemetery in Wabash, on our way home after
Church, to check out our Mom's grave site.

The bride and groom, Cortney and Trina Fritz, with
Bonnie, mother of the bride and my sister.

A really, really good picture of my oldest brother
David, with our niece Elena Huntley, taken at
the wedding.

The mothers of the newly married couple.
My sister Bonnie on the left and Jean Fritz on
the right.

My brother David, sister Bonnie and her
daughter Trina, (the bride) early Saturday, putting the
finishing touches on the tables, etc.

Wasatch Range DAR

This is the flowering Cherry tree our
chapter of DAR planted in the American
Fork.

A small group of our chapter ladies that were
able to help with the planting. It was a great
little project to be involved in. Reports are
that the tree (a 25 footer) has blossoms on it
and looks beautiful. (two weeks after the planting)
